yanxin is on diet!!

yup. the first step to dieting. isssssss. *drumroll~~~* counting calories!!!!!

hmmmm. lets start from yesterday!!

DAY ONE

breakfast: nothing!!
calories count: ZERO!

lunch: fried bee hoon + chicken wing + long bean + pumpkin (omg. thats alot. and i din realised it!)
calories count: ALOT!

dinner: porridge + egg + prawn + fish + some kindda yucky veggie
calories count: (since its porridge, should be quite healthy right?) A LITTLE BIT!

supper: two slices of yogurt cake!
calories count: (yogurt is healthy too!) A LITTLE BIT!

okie dorkie. so thats what i had eaten for the day. howstuffworks says that even if im not moving, my body burns 1270 calories for a day, which is ALOT! and, for dieting to work, i must eat lesser or equal to what my body burns. hmmmmmm.

total output: ALOT

total intake: ZERO + ALOT + A LITTLE BIT + A LITTLE BIT


and taking ALOT as approaching infinity and A LITTLE BIT as approaching zero,

total output: infinite

total intake: infinite

output = intake!! yesh! day one of my dieting plan. SUCCESS!


DAY TWO

breakfast: nothing again! (i can never wake up in time for breakfast la)
calories count: ZERO!

lunch: some. beehoon look-alike soup. (i think its healthy coz its not nice at all. healthy food are yucky)
calories count: A LITTLE BIT!

tea-break: a cup of tiramisu and a slice of chocolate cake.
calories count: MORE THAN A LITTLE BIT!

dinner: bake beans + bread + egg + chicken wings
calories count: MORE THAN A LITTLE BIT!


total intake: ZERO + A LITTLE BIT + 2 x MORE THAN A LITTLE BIT

total output: ALOT

if, 2 x MORE THAN A LITTLE BIT is ALOT, and ALOT is approaching infinity,

total intake: infinite

total output: infinite

output = intake again! yesh! SUCCESS again!


see! dieting is such an easy task. who says yanxin cannot be slim! im going to lose soooooo much weight man! bleahhH!






ps: someone save me from the boredom of studying! im thinking of crappy blog post everyday. haha.
