that will have to depends on the young's modulus aka modulus of elasticity. this modulus is the relationship between the stress applied and the strain of the materials.
rubber has a non linear relationship. hence, the modulus can only be used for small strains. according to wikipedia, the young's modulus of rubber in small strain is 0.01-0.1. this number will change if the strain becomes larger.
